At Melton Tackle, our Pro Staff is not merely a sponsorship—it’s a working extension of our marketing and sales team.
This is an earned position. Every year, our roster evolves based on the needs of the business, the markets we are growing, and the products we are focused on. We are building a team of anglers who do more than fish well—they influence, educate, and drive demand within their region.
Our Pro Staff are expected to be leaders both on and off the water. They create consistent, high-quality content that tells a compelling story, builds trust with their audience, and showcases how the products we sell enhance the on-water experience. They engage with their communities, answer questions, and help guide purchasing decisions with authenticity.
We are not looking for the loudest voices—we are looking for the most effective ones.
Success in this program is measured by impact:

- Consistent, engaging content creation
- Authentic connection with a defined audience
- Contribution to brand growth in key markets
